Toy Protection

What it is
Toy Protection is an optional add-on for Woof Pack subscribers ($2 per box) that lets you get a free replacement if your dog destroys a toy from your box.

What's covered
Any Woof Pack toy from a protected box that your dog destroys (shredded, torn open, stuffing or squeaker ripped out) within 30 days of delivery. Lost toys aren't covered.

How to make a claim

1. Take a photo of the destroyed toy.
2. Email it to support@woofpacks.ca with your order number, within 30 days of delivery.
3. That's it. No need to return the toy.

Replacements

• 1 replacement per toy, up to 2 claims per box.
• Your replacement ships with your next box, at no cost.
• You'll receive the same toy, or one of equal or greater value if it's out of stock.

Managing your protection
You can add or remove Toy Protection anytime from your account.
